I (woman) was at a club with my friends and about 20 feet away was a guy standing behind a stand. He was holding a phone upright and chest height. I was dancing and every time I looked over to him the phone was pointing in my direction and he was standing still. After a few times of noticing this I stopped and stared at him and after a second or so he broke from his position and put the phone away. I’ve been thinking about this and part of me wishes I would’ve confronted him but honestly don’t know how to go about it
