Long story short, I have mutual friends with a guy who is 23, and I just turned 30. We’ve hit it off and get along great, and I find he’s pretty mature. He has flirted with me several times, and I back, but when I remember the age difference, I start to feel nervous.
Is this too large of a gap? He’s legal, he’s graduated college, he can drink and go out with us and he’s got a good head on his shoulders. I’m not particularly looking for something serious right now and neither is he. I just feel comfortable with him and there’s a spark, and I think he’s cute. But I just feel weird about the age because I usually date guys older than me.
Has anyone had this experience or have any advice?
