I've been casually dating a woman for the past few months and she recently brought up wanting to become exclusive. She is a great woman and we align on a lot of things. The problem is, I am gone for work a lot and once she gets a bit of work experience in her field she plans on going back to school for her masters degree. Which will means she will relocate to a different state. The feelings are definitely there for both of us. So we are going to give it a try. But I wanted to ask a wider audience if a relationship like this is even feasible. As well as ask if anyone has specific advice on a relationship like this.
I work in the maritime industry on a 60 day on 30 day off rotation and she is a recent college grad. We both live on the gulf coast. In the next few years I'll probably be switching to a company that has a better rotation so I have more time at home. But around the time I plan to do that is about the time she plans to relocate and obtain her masters.
