I’m a woman and I really don’t understand. Why do so many men put women down all the time? As an example, I’m in a bar watching champions league (Bayern vs. PSG) and a dude said “that FEMALE ref doesn’t even understand offsides” cause she called Diaz offside. Ok but male refs make bad calls all the time but their gender is never the perceived cause!?
This is just a mundane example. I hear comments that subtlety undermine women on a daily basis, but I don’t understand why so many men do this. I find it cringy but also sad.
