I'll cut straight to it, the only women who were actually interested in me ended up being walking red flag displays and absolutely desperate for anyone to date them. I don't know why I couldn't even get a proper attempt with someone even somewhat sane since the only "red flags" I could think I have is being autistic and a bit neurotic. I'm at a major loss here and damn well close to completely giving up.
