Added a person from my class on discord a couple days ago. Opened with introducing myself so she knows the account is me and she said hi back but I didn't follow up with anything because I was afraid it was too soon. We mainly talk in our downtime in person before and after class so I didn't know if I should start texting by asking about class or steer it about class stuff we talk about, or would it be better to send her a short video of something we are both interested in.
