I met a girl on Bumble in December. Our first date went well, and after that we started meeting a lot—like 4–5 times a week. Everything felt great initially.
In January, around my birthday, things got a bit weird. We had plans, but on the day she kept suggesting I should go out with my friends instead. Later she agreed to meet, but in the evening she cancelled saying she fell down the stairs. It felt off. We didn’t meet for a week after that.
When we met again, I told her I didn’t feel good about it. She just hugged me and we moved on. We met a few more times, but in February things slowed down. We barely met twice, and her replies became dry.
One thing that bothered me: she told me she had to go home early (around 11 pm), but a couple of days later I saw on Snapchat she was at the same place we went to (Marine Drive) with someone else till 1:30 am.
After that, we didn’t really talk. She went to Jaipur in late Feb and came back in April. We barely spoke during that time except for birthday wishes.
When she came back and we met, she told me she had a thing with another guy (someone she had dated in November, who came back in Feb). They broke up again recently.
Now here’s the confusing part: when we meet, she’s very close to me—holding my hand, hugging me, being physically comfortable. I also put my arm around her and she’s okay with it. But she told me she might start something casual with another guy.
Also, once I kissed her on the cheek—she didn’t react then, but later texted me not to do that again.
I’m honestly confused about what she wants. Her actions and words don’t match.
What should I do here?
