Just curious to know what your guys opinion on this is and btw I don’t mean a previous long term relationship or that the reason was external factors like moving out of town etc. Personally I can’t go back to someone I was speaking to who rejected me because I want to be their “first choice” instead of the grass not being greener on the other side.
To give an example a while ago I matched with someone on a dating app. We went on a first date when I got home I told her I had a good time and wanted to continue getting to know her which she agreed. After the first date though the vibes changed completely and she was barely replying to texts. After a while of this I just straight up asked her if she was still interested or not cause of the complete 180 and she said it was because she didn’t see me as a romantic interest. Few months later I get a message out of the blue if I was still interested but I want to be with someone who wants me for my qualities rather than the other options are worse than me if that makes sense.
Edit: I already let her know I wasn’t interested anymore so there’s no further messages to send I just wanted to know your guys opinions on situations like this and what would you do.
