Two kids and marriage is good, job is fine. Not depressed or unhealthy. Though somewhere in the last couple years the version of me that used to want things just… quieted down. Drive, energy, intensity basically all dialed back a notch or two without me signing off on it. Bloodwork comes back in range. Doctor doesn't want to touch anything. I go to the gym isn't fixing it. Sleep isn't fixing it (and I'm sleeping better than I have in years maybe its the age).
Not looking for drink more water or the TRT pitch. Looking for the thing nobody puts in the listicle. The specific shift that actually moved it for you that you probably don't bring up at dinner.
So give me stories over protocols
