Do you think you could beat your younger self? Have you become more disciplined? Did life get in the way from exercise? Curious as a father of a current 4 month old.
I used to run races (5/10K and triathlons) in my early 20s then I settled down and focused on being fit in my late 20s. Now, I can't run as far as I used to because I'm not as disciplined with cardio as I used to be and I've noticed that my endurance took a hit when I had a pneumothorax with surgical intervention a couple years ago. Anyway, my strength has totally skyrocketed over the last 3 years since building up our home gym. I dabble in cardio to balance it out. Don't think I could jump on a trampoline for more than 5 minutes lol.
