I (24f) went out with a guy (24m) last night where we met off hinge. He lives a good 90 minute drive away in the next city. For the date we met halfway so the drive wasn't too harsh for 1 person. It was a great date and we do plan on seeing each other again. I've never dated a guy who lived this far away before and I'm just curious how those of you who have dated/been in a relationship with someone who lives that far away has been like.
I work 20 minutes away from where I live and he works 20 minutes away from where he works so we never would've crossed each other's area ever. We also wouldn't be able to spend the night during the weekdays and it's definitely way too early to be spending the night (in my opinion).
How do those of you in long distance relationships get it working and make it last? I don't want distance to be a factor as to whether or not a relationship lasts.
