Been to a few hotels in Portugal, Cyprus and various Spanish islands over the last few years and they all seem to have cats in the grounds. Are these cats:
– local strays who go there, knowing the tourists will feed them?
– owned by someone who works at the hotel, and lets them roam around?
– something else?
