During the release, I just started laughing because of how intense it was. Then my body felt really tingly after, as if I was buzzing or shaking on the inside, although on the outside I wasn’t. It felt like I was melting or vibrating and I was lightheaded.
I was pretty of out of it so I laid down and closed my eyes, and it felt like my entire body was melting or softening from the inside. My mind and body felt similar to how it feels like to be on shrooms, but instead of feeling connected to the universe/outside world I was deeply connected to myself in the way shrooms can kinda do that. Then I fell asleep and had super vivid dreams and after the nap started to come down and feel like myself again over the course of a few hours.
