Hello, I am an American planning a bike ride from Porto, Portugal, to Amsterdam. I've found in the states that chocolate milk is the cheapest healthiest source of calories and protein. I can usually by a about a liter of choco milk in the states for 2-3$. Is this a food I can find in Portugal, Northern Spain, and Southern France? I'm assuming Switzerland, Germany, and Netherlands commonly have chocolate milk. Yes this is a serious question.
