Do you actually change when you use electricity to save money?

I recently noticed that electricity prices can vary quite a bit depending on the time of day (like evenings vs nights or weekends).

I tried to shift things like laundry or dishwasher to “cheaper hours”, but honestly I forget most of the time

Do people in your country actually pay attention to this, or do you just use electricity whenever?
