You don’t need to label this and it is not in any way pathological.
It’s really common for people to orgasm easily from dry humping. My wife is like this! It is also common for people to be able to orgasm multiple times, although less common for men. So he’s one of the unusual ones, which is cool.
In my experience, orgasming from dry humping, and multiple times, are both things that are more likely to happen if you are strongly attracted to your partner, excited about what you are doing, and are physically healthy and well-rested and in an energized mental state. These are all good things!
If you later find you have a problem with PIV sex in that he cums quickly and then is done…well then you have a problem and you can troubleshoot it.
