I’m a 32 year old woman and he’s 36.
We’ve been seeing each other for about three months, and overall he’s been great, caring, supportive, and a really attentive listener.
But I’ve noticed something that’s been bothering me. When we’re out together, he often pays attention to a certain type of woman, and it leads to comments or distractions. For example, a woman walked past us and he said the way she spoke reminded him of a song. Another time, we were in the middle of a conversation, making eye contact, and he suddenly looked past me. I could tell he was checking someone out, and he was.
I also noticed recently that his ex’s name showed up in his Instagram search history.
It’s starting to feel disrespectful, and I’m thinking about bringing it up with him, but I’m not sure if it’s something he’d actually change.
