No matter what I do I'm always standing/sitting awkwardly, with my shoulders up, and stiff as a board. I hate it. Even when I'm not feeling anxious or uncomfortable, or even completely alone I can feel my shoulders tense. Maybe it's just the way I am and the fact that I'm quite skinny accentuates my rigid posture.
Everyone else seems to be so relaxed and normal, but I just don't understand why I can never be like that no matter how relaxed I am.
Maybe I just need to get a massage or go to a chiropractor and they'll sort it out lol.
