I’m happy in my bachelor apartment at the moment and quite frankly not happy with the home values. I’m not rich, but live comfortably and don’t see the reason why I wanna jump and buy a property that I deem overpriced.
I do admit however, that the pressure from my peers does get to me sometimes and people bring up home ownership like it’s something worth sacrificing everything for.
