Have those phone-first vertical drama apps actually caught on where you are?

I mean the apps with short vertical story/drama episodes made for phones, not social media clips.
I’m curious whether people around you actually use them, or if they still feel niche or low-status.
If they do use them, what seems to hook people, and what usually makes them stop?
