I know this is individual specific and has a lot of factors. But I am young and am generally healthy, keep fit, etc.

I really like to take relaxing baths. But I find if the temp is too low, its not fully relaxing and satisfying.

For example: I usually set the temp to around 101-103F (38-39C).

I have heard that 103F is the upper limits of safety recommendation when it comes to hot baths and hot tubs. But I have got hotter before, like 105F, and it feels really nice and relaxing. The problem is the dizziness after and sweating.

What is the max you have done and why?
