I've had depression and OCD for a while now, and meds for managing them led me to having no energy, basically not leaving the house.
But overall I was coping.
But these last few week I feel like I'm losing it.
I've had 3 crying fits in less than e week. I feel like bursting with sadness and anger, then I have a cry and I'm good again.
So at this point I feel like therapy is my only option. Can anyone share how it did or didn't work for you?
I have a doctor who I'm seeing, who's treating my OCD but he's a psychiatrist and not a therapist. He recommended me one, so I'm probably gonna talk to him come Monday, but just wanted to see some opinions.
