I'm a wedding DJ so I meet a lot of young couples and hear their stories.
Recently at a gig I learned that my clients had not one, not two, but THREE separate perfect "meet cutes" before they started dating.
Keep working on yourself but remember that most of the factors that determine when you'll finally meet "the one" are completely out of your control. It will happen when it happens.

Thanks for posting this. Yesterday I finally decided to delete every single dating app account for at least a month cos I was so frustrated with the lack of activity on them.

And what about all of the people that never meet “the one”? There are plenty of those people that exist. This notion that everyone meets their soulmate needs to die, I don’t know why it is parroted so much.
People told me not to give up over 20 years ago and here I am at 40 with nothing.
People told me it would get better, but it has gotten worse.
I got a date with my dream girl the other day and she doesn’t want me. One date and she already has moved on.
