Hello! I’m 32 and always have been able to orgasm easily. Multiple orgasms are not unusual at all durinf any sort of penetration. I’m talking 5-10 orgasms in a normal sex session. To make a long story short, during a particularly long day of intense sex, I’ve had pretty intense and strong orgasms and triple the amount. About hours afterward, I noticed some cramping which honestly I thought it was possible onset of my period. However it’s grown quite intense , where even laughing hurts. Should I be concerned?
