We live in the UK, I’m a dual citizen (us/uk) but mixed race black and white, and my husband is white English.
His fortieth birthday is this summer and all he wants is to do an RV roadtrip from South Dakota (we have friends there) to Yellowstone to vegas with our two kids.
Is this doable with the political climate in the US right now?The media in UK is very anti-America but I know sometimes they hype things up and it fees different on the ground.
I don’t want a political discussion but want people in middle America or who have travelled there to tell me how it feels, if it feels safe or if I should be worried my kids will witness me getting harassed or my husband arrested. Thanks!!
