…than being the slightly less sick parent?
Haven’t had a true sick day in years 😅

Idk about you but I’d rather be healthy than sick.
I know exactly what you mean!
*”Is there anything worse…”*
Yes.
Many things actually.
Being alone and never getting to be a parent because of it.
Honestly the worst normal part about being an adult, especially a parent, is that there are never sick days. Always responsibility that can’t be pushed off “til tomorrow”.
The amount of nostalgia I feel when I’m sick is absurd.
All these other weirdos are taking you too literally. I get it man. I was beginning to recover from Covid when my wife got it a while back, and of course the kid couldn’t sleep and was chronically upset because of it too. So exhausting.
Yes, getting stabbed. That would suck way more
The Holocaust
Facts!
In 2020, I got Covid first. I had one day to rest. Then my wife and kids were hit and I had to be the primary caregiver for the rest of the week. By work kept asking me to work as much from home despite pleading that I was too sick and overwhelmed. It fucking sucked.
Man up

Joke post, I get the joke. I also don’t have kids so thankfully I’ve never had this problem.
