Obviously if this doesn’t apply to you it doesn’t but if you’re the unattractive friend when did it first hit you?
I can tell you with me it was seeing the difference in the way interactions between my friend and me went. With my friend he’d have women come up to him, super high energy, warm, happy. With me they were cold, dismissive when I tried starting a convo. Pretty much invisible.
