In the last 3 visits to Europe, we have had rental car damage charges even though we returned the cars exactly as we received them. Surprisingly, this has happened in Switzerland and Germany. If you read reviews of car rental agencies, they have hundreds of reviews complaining about the same issue.
Are Europeans experiencing this fraud or just tourists?
