What does a peaceful day look like for you?

  1. Get up when I’m ready and do a mild workout at the gym and then use their sauna. Bath/shower afterwards and then a nice brunch. Take a walk if the weather is good, listen to a podcast, nip into a pub for a pint or a wine and read a few chapters of something. Maybe call a friend I haven’t spoken to in a while. Play some video games and do some drawing, make a nice dinner (making Thai curries or chinese style chicken is calming). Watch a few episodes of something and finish up bed either reading or playing my switch until I get drowsy.
