There’s a bath mat in my bathroom. I stand on it when I get out of the shower/bath. This upsets another member of the household, who insists that I should put a towel down over the bath mat and stand on that instead.
My argument is – what’s the point of the bath mat then? Surely it is there specifically to stand on when you get out of the tub so you don’t get the floor wet. It is supposed to get wet.
