When it comes to commitments for others, I take pride in being reliable. If, for whatever reason I become unreliable, or cannot meet a commitment, I find a way to pivot, or at least make it right. Why is it so much harder to honor the commitments I make to myself? From losing weight to waking up earlier, seemingly easy commitments are near impossible when they apply to myself. It lowers my self esteem and makes me feel lousy. Any advice, because this sucks.
