Why don’t men make first move even though they are more overt than women?

We typically do.
But for those who don’t, it’s because *we fucking listened to a decade or more of women telling us not to*.
I gave up on dating personally.
what are you going on about? men basically always have to make the first move lol
We were told to stop because it makes us “creepy,” so we listened.
We make the first move the overwhelming majority of the time.
Some men are more comfortable being single than risking rejection.
The ones that are more overt typically do, the rest are worried they may come off as creepy or they misread signals
Cause “the worst she can do is say no”, turned into “she can do far worse than say no”
I’m a man (consistent with sub rules): in the current climate, I’m assuming that many men are concerned about appearing as harassing.
I don’t like to be rejected. That’s why I never make the first move. I got dates and relationships anyway so I eliminated 90% of the rejections without moving a finger.
Objection. Asked and answered.
We usually do.
I’ve had my fair share of being approached though.
The whole creepy trend. Some women enjoy setting up compromising situations purposefully to turn heads as then make a public statement about men being creepy.
Plus the No means no. So if you say no, the men in the right state of mind will back off and respect your decision.
Some of us may be afraid to make the first move due to false accusations and that’s all it takes to literally ruin a man’s entire life.
Some men dont. Some men do. Billions of men out there. Everyone is different.
because we are not more overt, some are some aren’t.
