For context, me (22m) and her (25f) have been working together for a couple months. Ive very recently developed feelings for her. We do get along quite well and she does feel comfortable with me at least, she punches me when I tease her, she lets me take a sip of her coffee, and she has said that she would quit if me and my coworker friend were to leave. She doesn't seem to be that romantically interested (just from trying to read her) and she does think Im kinda immature (though she kinda is as well.)
I was wondering if I should just take her out on lunch at work just to get to really know her for a bit and vise versa, maybe she will see me as less mature, or should I just go all out and ask her out outside of work hours. I feel like I should ask her sooner rather than later than later because I might lose my chance, and I know she strictly wants the guy to make the first move, so I feel like she would at least be down to try. What do you guys think?
Also I get that dating coworkers is bad, but I am at most one month away from quitting.
