Hey yall, everytime I have even a slightly bad interaction with anyone, especially people I don’t know, I lose all my confidence and courage and cannot bear to walk up to and speak to anyone else. Does anyone else experience this? I always feel like I’m crazy and it’s just me and this is really affecting my current job
