I have never been a morning person. Even in high school and college I was never able to get up early. I currently still struggle with getting to the office by 8am some mornings.

I want to start lifting weights and working out in the morning before work. I think getting a workout in will be a great mental health boost in the morning and help me be much more consistent with going to the gym this year, and going forward.

Any tips to get my ass up at 5am to hit the gym? I’ll take any help! Trying to make change
