I've tried showing my mum, but her mind keeps wandering into different parts of the phone instead of sticking to the areas she should be using I've locked off parts of it wherever necessary. I just want her to understand the basics of operating it!
Can people just keep the answers specific to my question. I don't need any replies about getting an iPhone, launchers, get a Doro or writing instructions I've considered it all and set it up the phone with antivirus and other security measures the best way I can think of it's just operating the phone I am asking for help with as she's had the phone 2 years so it's not new to her.
She doesn't listen to family only to people she doesn't know. It sounds strange it's just how it is!
