Essentially we were broken up for about 2-3 months. Which that initially started because it came out that a year and a half ago at one of my family parties, her and one of my childhood best friends were being somewhat touchy. There was alcohol involved, I was there too but I was also messed up and didn’t notice it. Sitting on lap, sleeping on each other shoulder, some like waist/butt grabbing apparently is what happened. Both her and my friend deny remembering any of that, but there are multiple witnesses that reported suspicious behavior after I asked around to other people that were there that day.(after the initial report from my cousin) On top of that, at the time I was feeling a bit disconnected in our relationship. So those two factors together brought me to end it. Fast forward to now, we spent time apart and i felt I was finally ready to work things out. We got back together. We had spoke about the break and such and what happened, I was honest. For her, there was this guy she had told me about. He was very adamant about hanging out and she claimed having never done so or doing anything with him. I’ve never been one to check phones, but the story never sat right with me so I went through hers. Come to find out she actually went out with this guy and they kissed. Ik it’s not a big deal I guess, but the lying really hurt my trust that was already damaged. And also I never thought she’d move on that fast. She said to her it’s not moving on though, It was to fill a void. She was hurt and going through it and acted that way, she lied to me bc she didn’t want to ruin her chances of getting back to me. Also, some of the text suggest like a late hangout and she claims they never fucked and ig I’ll never know but I have that doubt. Unless I asked the guy directly lmao. Not that it really makes a difference though.
TLDR: GF and I had broke up and lied about what she did on our break even though we had said to be honest. Went through her phone. She actually did go out with this guy on a date and they kissed. She claims that they never fucked but who really knows tbh.
Anyways, just wanted to see what is y’all’s opinion or any advice?
