I have a friend (no it's not me*) who doesn't have a passport or photo driving licence.
More than once recently they have needed photo ID and it has been difficult to solve.
Is there anything easy to get, that doesn't cost a lot, which works as photo ID?
*I use my passport but would also like a less critical document I could use.
EDIT: Lots of people saying get a provisional licence. We both have full driving licences, just not photo ones.
