I've been a big junk eater for the first 25 years of my life. Barely ate veggies or anything healthy. It was baaaad.
Well turning 25 gave me an existential crisis about my future and I didn't want an unhealthy future. I could get away with a poor diet now as a young whippersnapper but it would bite my ass in future. So, I've been eating really healthy. I've been eating veggies (broccoli, carrots, sprouts, and cauliflower are my usuals/favourites) with every dinner, eating a ton of fruit, using only 1cal per spray oil, lentils, salmon, switching to wholemeal carbs instead of white, drinking kefir, yoghurt (bio live, greek, skyr), nuts and seeds, honey instead of pure sugar, and eggs. Any junk food I eat has been like only 5% of my diet, the rest is what I've listed. I'm actually getting nutrients now. Thankfully because of my active job I average 15k steps a day so inactivity wasn't ever an issue for me, I just ate like shit before.
I've been doing it consistently for a week now and one thing I've noticed is that my orgasms are like… notably stronger? Is this because of the diet? Is there anything in particular I listed that would do this, just so that I make sure I never miss that food out? Anyone had similar results from healthier eating? Maybe it has nothing to do with my diet.
Edit: I'm female if that adds relevance to how diet would effect this
Edit2: I've also been taking saffron and magnesium glycinate supplements
