Every time I log onto this global chat app, the same question pops up like clockwork: "Are you here to find the right person?" It’s a heavy question for a casual conversation, and my answer usually catches people off guard because it isn’t a simple yes or no. I always tell them that it depends. While I’m primarily there to bridge the gap between cultures and hear stories from around the world, I’m not exactly closing the door on something deeper if the spark is there.

I’ve realized that life is way too short to live by a rigid set of rules or arbitrary boundaries. If I happen to stumble across someone who genuinely adds value to my life and shares my vision for the future, I’m not going to walk away just because I wasn't "looking" for it. Of course, a long-distance setup is a massive challenge that requires a lot of work, but I think true excellence lies in being flexible and open to where life takes you.

If you find a rare connection, it’s wise to hold on to it, regardless of the distance or the original plan.
