I'm a 31 year old male with lifelong premature ejaculation and intermittent erectile dysfunction. I've only had 3 sexual partners, all hookups. In general, I haven't cared because they've been with other men and I've found they didn't care too much. However, I'm interested in dating and being intimate with women too and worry about the implications of having both of these issues together.
I don't know how to break news like this to a partner without it being weird. I'd rather she know before we get naked and then be shocked that I can't last and/or can't get it up and that it's not her.
