Where do smaller companies advertise their jobs? I look on Linkedin and Indeed, and all I see are jobs for big companies or companies looking to get big. How do I find jobs in those 50-100 person companies that aren't looking to grow? I'm a Python software engineer, but this question applies generally, I think.
