ello, I have moderate ED, looking for advice from anyone who has taken cialis.. I have been prescribed Tadalafil but realize I have more of spontaneous sex… from looking into cialis I noticed the daily cialis dose is normally 5mg but the when needed dose is normally 6-10mg so really isn’t much of a difference.. I usually am only having sex Friday-Sunday would it make sense to use daily cialis and take it maybe Thursday-Sunday or should I just take it everyday of the week?
