It usually goes like this. Partner A needs Partner B to help out / contribute more with whatever. Partner B asks Partner A, "What specifically? Just tell me and I'll do it." Partner A gets annoyed and says. "I don't want to have to tell you. I want you to just know."
Is this reasonable? Do husbands say this more to wives? or wives to husbands? Why?
