I (27F) found out that my BF (30M) of 4 years has been cheating on me. A couple of weeks ago, his ex (F) reached out to me on instagram informing me that he has been reaching out consistently throughout our entire relationship. He reaches out to her ONLY when he is drunk. He sends her multiple messages asking her what she is doing how she is doing etc, and the worst of the screenshots she sent me were from 2023, him asking her for her “pussy” and telling her he loves her. We started officially dating Jan 2022. The most recent thing he did in December 2025 was send her a meme that says “send this to a baddie.” Apparently, after the incident in 2023 he deleted her number off his phone. After he reached out to her on snapchat in 2024 he then deleted snapchat. He has blocked her on insta, but he went through the WHOLE unblocking and re-blocking process to send her that meme in December 2025. His excuse is that he was “blacked out” and does not remember reaching out at all. He says that he does not remember any of the instances mentioned above and does not have any emotions/feelings towards her. He says he realized he was doing these things the morning after once he woke up and looked at his phone. Mind you, he also would have NEVER told me anything if I had not confronted him. He confirmed that he was trying to “bury things deep down” and would have never told me anything. Chat, is this redeemable or is it over?
