Hi there – wondering if anyone has ever had any success with getting a refund from Debenhams? I ordered a lipstick for my wedding and paid for next day delivery. It took 4 days to arrive by which stage I didn’t need it. I requested a return and refund (which I know isn’t always agreed as it’s a cosmetic) but provided an image of the unopened packaging. I’ve been in contact with them for 2 months and I either get completely ignored by customer service or they say they’ll provide me with an InPost return label but nothing ever comes. Any advice?
