I've done some looking, but haven't found a group who are into blue balls – giving nor receiving. I expected to find some, since there's a fair bit of material on seemingly more extreme activities/conditions about testicles – like castration kink, CBT, and orgasm denial.
Is that because most ball-havers don't experience the condition beyond young adulthood? Maybe some guys are immune?
My last case, despite some interest and activity around tease/denial as an adult, was when I was about 18.
