My teenage son has a very narrow waist and is fairly tall, where can I buy him a pair of jeans?

I am the proud owner of a 13 year old boy. Like me, he is above average height but has a very narrow waist.

Has anyone got any ideas where to buy jeans/trousers? Everywhere I try is either too wide at the waist or too short in length.
