I'm thinking about how we can make people aware of our experiences with, say, the housing association, Universal Credit applications, or PIP, and make it relevant to the local authorities we have to work with. I believe this data needs to be collated and shared widely because what I've experienced and what others have reported cannot be deemed acceptable. I want to see if this is by design — for example, making systems deliberately so poor that people give up or fail the submission criteria, or whether there is something else at play.
