Dont be too harshness yourself, matey. It’s tough out there.
I would recommend calling up every builder, electrician, plumber, tiler, etc etc and see if they need a labourer/apprentice. Its not an easy job, but if you work hard enough for them, they’ll teach you and you could make a career out of it.
What exactly are you aiming for ? If your able and just want to get a job to get some money in, apply to some trades. Every one mocks them but I never seem to hear of construction lads and lasses being out of work for long. Even as a labour they just hop and jump around, and money is money. Always easier to find a job when in a job.
Rentokil?
Armed forces?
What about an apprenticeship? You’ll get paid for learning a trade. There are loads of options out there for different occupations/roles. Short term you could do agency warehouse work.
Do you have any hobbies?
Go to college and get your GCSEs in maths and English. Do a software engineering apprenticeship and then you can get an office job with all the other people who “make people uncomfortable because you don’t talk”. Computers don’t care if you don’t talk to them.
Or, go to college and learn a trade like being an electrician.
It is very difficult at the moment in the UK to find work, one office job I applied for turned out they’d had over 100 applicants and that was just for a part time admin role.
Find some voluntary work, engage in community groups and keep active not just with job search but social side.
Gov.uk job search
Reed
Local councils / civil service job search / supermarkets / pub chains are good places to start
Good luck
I got my job through a recruitment agency. Even if they only had short term contracts, they always had another one lined up so I had a load of jobs one after another until one became permanent. Still there. That was 20 years ago.
I can’t recommend many, as a lot are local to specific areas and I’m in Wales, but it looks like Reed has offices in the Midlands and they’re responsible for a decent portion of the workforce in my current job.

Look for other recruitment agencies local to you and get in touch. Can’t hurt.

With those qualifications I’d be looking at armed forces, more on the Navy or RAF side. Then after you get out you can get a job making the same weapons you worked with making serious money.
If you drive can’t you just sign up for Amazon or one of the couriers.
Maybe get your HGV licence in the future.
I turned to an apprenticeship. Took a lot of pressure off my shoulders has the safety and familiarity of “education”.
